DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL DIVISION

Job Description:  

Direct Commercial Services division under Beautiful Homes Realty umbrella. 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing a team in the operational and functional aspects of commercial/investment property listing, sales, and leasing.  Implement exclusive marketing, leasing and sales programs for commercial clients.  Develop new relationships with commercial property owners and managers.  Build a team of qualified commercial real estate agents.

Qualifications:

Expertise in research, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, asset and property management, investment property sales and corporate consulting.  Must have a valid Florida Real Estate license.   In-depth knowledge of the Florida commercial market.  Management background required.
