The Sam Filippo estate is actually a small hamlet. The main
farmhouse, which also comprises a small chapel that is still
consecrated, dates to 1672, as proved by various documents that are
still conserved in the parish archives of Montalcino.
The villa and the wine-growing estate, recently purchased by the
present owner, have been completely renovated. The severity of the
classic Tuscan farmhouse has been reinterpreted, without distorting
its traditional restraint, to meet the requirements of modern quality

The accommodations of the Wine Resort comprises Villa San Filippo and
two flats, Le Coste and Sant’Antimo. They all feature independent
entrances, fully-equipped kitchens, living rooms with satellite TV and
areas for repose and for enjoying the local cuisine.
The greatest care has been devoted to every last detail of the
furnishings, in the spirit of natural Tuscan elegance. There is also
a tasting area, where guests can savour the wines produced and bottled
on the estate, as well as a swimming pool and a garden.

holiday truly special. The house has four bedrooms, three doubles and
one with twin beds, two bathrooms and a spacious living are comprising
a lounge, open kitchen and large fireplace.
Le Coste
Le
Coste is the ideal holiday accommodation for a sophisticated couple.
Warm and welcoming, all the windows command fine views stretching to
the horizon over the vineyards, woods and olive groves. The flat
consists of a large living room complete with fireplace, a double
bedroom, a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, and a kitchen. A
spacious terrace overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
Sant’Antimo
Sant’Antimo can accommodate four people. It has two double bedrooms,
a bathroom, a living room with kitchen corner and a comfortable lounge
with TV, stereo and books on art and fashion. The spacious
fully-furnished terrace overlooks the woods and cellars of the estate. |
