Born and raised in Peru,   Janine moved to Florida as   a young woman, where she   fell in love  with the     sunshine, incredible   beaches, and unique   multicultural lifestyle. 

 A graduate of Everglades   University, Janine holds a   Bachelor’s degree in   Science and has served     her community as a   volunteer manager for   several years, organizing   and participating in multiple   outreach programs,   including Habitat for   Humanity, Women in   Distress, and beach   cleanups. As a REALTOR®️, she is eager and excited to be turning her passion for people and service into an opportunity to help her clients. With over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, Janine aims to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. A life-long learner, she is always educating herself, honing her REALTOR®️ skills and knowledge, so as to stay relevant, growing, and well informed for her clients. By remaining committed to and focused on their needs and interests, she will make sure to go above and beyond their expectations. In her free time, Janine enjoys meditation, lifting weights, kayaking, and playing tennis. She believes that self-care is essential for maintaining one’s emotional, physical, and mental health–all of which are essential in keeping her clients happy and helping them achieve their real estate goals.
